Desert Waters Correctional Outreach was incorporated as a non-profit in Florence, Colorado, in 2003. We are mental health professionals, retired correctional staff, and other concerned citizens who care about corrections and detention staff and their families. Our mission is to increase the occupational, personal and family well-being of corrections and detention staff.
